Three children have been taken out of the custody of their parents this week, surrounding reports of domestic violence.
The parents in this case named two of their children after Adolf Hitler. They believe their children were taken from them based solely on their names, ‘Adolf Hitler’ and ‘Aryan Nation.’ They are claiming that they were told directly by the judge that their names are the only reason they no longer have custody of their children.
The case came to light when a local bakery refused to decorate a cake with the name of one of their children on it. Police were called and it was determined that the children were not safe in their home setting.
Ruling in this child custody case will begin in December.
